Imperial Sand Dunes Desert Engagement with Lisa and Chris

This has to rank as one of the most epic engagement sessions I have ever done. I spent the day whole day with Lisa and Chris capturing their engagement photos. First at a beautiful home in Joshua Tree, then at Joshua Tree and lastly we ended the day at Imperial Sand Dunes.

When the ideas of going to the Imperial Sand Dunes Desert for their engagement session came up I was thrilled! I just love going to new and exotic places. If you haven’t been to the desert to see the sand dunes, I recommend you go now. It’s quite beautiful and mysterious. The sand dunes seem to reset every few days if not overnight with all the foot prints disappearing from the day before. It’s practically impossible to take a bad photo while you’re there.

When I’m taking engagement photos it’s important to me that my clients have fun. I always says that an engagement session is like a date except I’m a third wheeler with a camera. I am always looking for candid moments of fun and laughter. An engagement session should be an unforgettable experience with memories that last a lifetime.
